By booking your ticket you consent to the following agreements.
Self-responsibility
You are responsible for your own experience, and therefore responsible for expressing your needs and boundaries to others. Tell the space holders if something is bothering you!
Photos & Videos
By signing this agreement, you allow us to take photos and video of you during the retreat. If you don’t want photos or videos of you to be shared publically, notify us before the start of the event.
The Right of cancelation
In case of emergency accident or natural disaster the organizers have the right to cancel the event or rescheduled it to later date, in that case, we will find the best compensation possible.
Data privacy
By signing this agreement, you are giving your sign-up data to us and subscribing to email updates.
Refund policy
The booking deposit is not refundable. However, in case you cannot join, you can transfer your deposit payment to another person, who will pay the ticket price that corresponds to the moment of transfer.
Personal damage
The hosts of this event are not personally liable for any damage to or loss of personal belongings, or damage to physical, emotional or mental health of the participants, not during nor after the event.
