Welcome to Sacred Circle #3 – Initiation into Community

We are very excited to get together again with the conscious community after a few years. This time we have a very juicy and special theme for the retreat:

Looking at the unspoken and hidden that lies in the way of intimacy
Exposing and working through inter-relational dynamics and patterns
Moving out of karmic patterns in a collective process
Challenging our invisible chains and prisions that hold us back from deep connection
Learning to allow our sexual energy which is the full expression of our life force energy

The program includes practices such as:
Connection Games for PLAY
Circling for authenticity
Moving through triggers and a version of “Creators Game” as learned from the inventor
Conscious touch & intimacy exercise
Cacao Ceremony for heart opening
Tantra to embrace the full spectrum of the energy of ourselves and each other

***** INITIATION INTO COMMUNITY *****

The biggest issue in communities by far, is avoidance of confrontation. This leads to resentments, passive aggression and distance, and sometimes, to things falling apart.

Therefore, the most important skill for community living, is to confront each other intentionally. This means, to access our own truths and emotions and to bring them to the table. This means to look at all the shadows in ourseves, and to bring to surface all the projections we have towards each other. This means to witness and to move beyond any patterns and dynamics that are playing out between us.

A big part of getting out of projections and dynamics, is to learn to be with WHAT IS. This is why we use Circling and Tantric practices to witness our own reactions. As we become aware of our reactions and begin to choose our response consciously, we can move into a new type of intimacy based on free will, integrity and respect.

***** THE AGREEMENT *****

Another key to successful community is self responsibility.

This is why we ask that all participants are willing to reflect on their own shadows, projections and patterns. We ask that you take responsibility for your own process, and while support will be availabe, we ask that you are willing to hold space for your own triggers and ask for support when needed. You are the main person in charge for your own experience, for including yourself and for communicating your needs and boundaries.
