Meeting Authentically
Intimacy is to be seen, felt and understood in our deepest parts, in our emotional experience, and without needing to hide anything.
This can feel very vulnerable and requires us to face our fear of being hurt, rejected or abandoned. Yet opening our hearts in this way allows us to experience a whole new dimension to relationships and all life, and to receive the abundance that surrounds us.
However, we cannot enter into deep connection with others without a deep connection to ourselves. This is why we invite you into intimacy with your own true feelings, wishes, boundaries and expectations.
What to expect?
We will start with a cacao ceremony with a shamanic flavor and go on a journey back to ourselves. We will shake off the conditioning, expectations, thoughts and other energies that are not ours and do not reflect our true essence.
We will do a voice activation to connect to our own voice coming from our core, so that we can express our truths, releasing suppressed life force energy. This is where we create intimacy with ourselves: we see, we hear and we understand our own inner worlds: what we feel deep down and what our truth is.
After the cacao, we will create a portal of presence, where we meet each other without masks, revealing our true selves, daring to be seen and honored to witness each other.
We usually end with a cuddle puddle full of oxytocin. 🙂
